Business settings

Manage the business information customers see and the settings that support your TradeFlow account.

Customer-facing identity

Business details

Subscriber editable

These details are used by the customer-facing website. TradeFlow keeps the website structure and customer account controls in place; you control the information shown in the business profile.

Buying research

Shared market evidence

Subscriber preference

When enabled, TradeFlow can use platform-managed market evidence alongside your own private research in the Buying Catalogue. Your private research remains private. UK Used prices are reference-only; automatic buying prices continue to use UK New evidence only.

Enabled by default. Turning this off affects only this subscriber’s catalogue view and does not delete shared evidence or change other subscribers’ settings.

Email

Your business email

Not set

Just enter the email address your business uses. TradeFlow will use it for important business notifications and as the reply address for customer emails.

You do not need to configure SMTP, mail servers or individual notification switches. TradeFlow handles the technical email setup for you.

Website identity

Website branding

Managed in Website Builder

Your customer-facing logo and website banner are now kept together in one place: Website Builder → Branding. This avoids having the same branding controls in two different areas.

Your business name and customer-facing business details remain here in Business Settings. Website Builder controls the logo, homepage banner, templates, colours, backgrounds, typography and page content.

Website

Website URL

Manage the customer-facing domain separately from the website design.

Shipping

Shipping services

Managed separately

Choose your preferred courier links once in Shipping Settings. The saved services are available to the Buying handoff and retail-order fulfilment; TradeFlow does not buy postage or connect to a courier API.

Checkout & payments

Connect your payment account

Stripe Connect

Connect one Stripe account to receive customer payments. You will complete setup securely on Stripe; TradeFlow will not ask for your Stripe password or secret API keys.

Stripe account connection

Use this single connection for customer payments. TradeFlow subscription billing remains separate.

Customer checkout methodsManaged through Stripe

Cards are the base method. Link, Klarna and Amazon Pay can be offered when enabled and eligible in Stripe. Apple Pay is handled by Stripe when supported by your account, domain and customer device. You do not need a separate connection for each method.
